Air Duct Cleaning

Every duct in the home — supply runs, return runs and the trunk lines they branch off — cleaned from the inside.

We run the Rotobrush BrushBeast DR, which puts a rotating brush and a vacuum intake at the same point inside the duct. Debris is lifted off the wall and drawn into the machine in the same motion — it leaves the system at the point of contact instead of being pushed along the run toward another room. That is the difference between cleaning a duct and relocating what was in it.

  • Camera pass before and after, same angles both times
  • Floors and furniture covered at every access point
  • Registers removed so we clean behind them — and washed if they need it

Dryer Vent Cleaning

The run to the exterior, cleared end to end.

$109 on its own · in the Complete package

Most dryer vent problems are not at the machine. They are somewhere in the run — an elbow, a crushed section behind drywall, or an exterior flap that has stopped opening properly. Lint packs in behind the restriction, the dryer runs hotter and longer, and the lint itself is the fuel.

Unlike duct cleaning, this is not a once-every-few-years job. Lint accumulates with every load, so once a year is the standard recommendation for most households — sooner if you run the dryer daily, have a long or twisting vent run, or share the machine with a large family.

  • Full run cleared to the exterior termination
  • Termination flap and screen checked and cleared
  • Crushed or poorly routed runs pointed out on camera

2,900US home dryer fires a year

Every year, and the cause is almost never the machine. Lint is not a housekeeping problem — it is the fuel, it collects a little more with every load, and it sits where nobody looks.

Source: U.S. Fire Administration, residential clothes dryer fires — an estimated 2,900 fires, 5 deaths, 100 injuries and $35 million in property loss each year. Dust, fiber and lint are the leading items first ignited.

Camera Inspection

A photographed pass through your ductwork, so you see every run we went into — not a sample, and not a description written afterwards.

This is included in both packages, on every duct cleaning we do.

  • Shot on the way in and again once the run is clean
  • Crushed or kinked runs pointed out while we are in there
  • Every run in the home, not one duct chosen to represent the rest

Actual inspection Reference

Left is a real Aero inspection frame. Right is a clean reference — drag to compare.

Yours is photographed the same way, before and after. Book online and the photos are part of the job.

Antimicrobial Fogging

Included in Complete, and priced into it — not sold to you separately.

Once the ductwork is clean, a fine fog of EnviroCON is drawn through the system while the fan runs, so it reaches the surfaces the brush has just cleared. It is an EPA-registered deodorizer and bacteriostat — it goes after the odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew left on those surfaces, without perfume to cover anything up.

Worth it if the system still smells musty once it is clean, if smoke or pet odor has had years to settle in, or if you have moved into a resale home and would rather not wonder.

It comes with the Complete package, at a price you saw before you booked. We will not raise it at your house, and it is never a substitute for cleaning — fogging a dirty system is theatre.

See both packages

  • EPA Reg. No. 9804-3 — registered as a bacteriostat, fungistat and deodorizer
  • Toxicity Category IV, the lowest the EPA issues, and labeled for use in occupied spaces
  • No perfumes or masking agents, no alcohol, no propellants
  • No rinse, no residue. It dries in the system and you run the air as normal

New Build & Post-Renovation

Drywall dust is fine enough to reach every corner of a system, and a new build is full of it.

Construction debris does not behave like household dust. Drywall powder, sawdust and silica are abrasive and fine enough to travel everywhere, and a brand-new system will happily distribute them through the house for years.

  • Removes drywall dust, sawdust and construction fines
  • Protects a new system from abrasive debris
